Graeme is an Auckland-born, New Zealand photographer based in Washington D.C. Graeme was based in England for eight years as a freelance photographer before moving to the United States in 2008. He is the staff photographer with the Washington Examiner. Graemes work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, TIME, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, Mother Jones, New York Magazine, Financial Times, Politico, CNN, The Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, New Zealand Herald, and GEO (Germany).
Aside from covering news and politics, Graeme has documented post-conflict societies in various countries including Bosnia, Russia, Chechnya, and Azerbaijan for the Danish Refugee Council and Norwegian Peoples Aid.
